Tennessee Williams will be represented off-Broadway again next season. A Negro and white cast starring Hilda Simms as Blanche DuBois will revive his A Streetcar Named Desire, tentatively slated for the Carnegie Hall Playhouse, September 17. Terry Carter and Harvey Garrick as Pied Piper Productions have also assigned Eli Rill, a protégé of Elia Kazan a the actors' studio, to direct the production.
